Yes, Orange is the partner that will bring the iPhone to France. The announcement was made last week. The odd thing was that the announcement was not made by Steve Jobs unlike Germany and UK. It was Orange CEO that broke the news.
Details and pricing info are still fuzzy at this point but it will be for November release just like the other countries.
